ALEXANDRA ILIADIS
SALES LEADERSHIP ADVISOR | BUILDER OF SCALABLE SALES ORGANIZATIONS
20+ years in sales and leadership
I've spent more than 20 years in sales — not advising from the outside, but building commercial operations from the ground up inside financial institutions.
My career has followed a consistent pattern: enter new territory where nothing exists — no clients, no established presence — and build it into a performing business. That pattern produced results: growing a business unit's revenue 15× in seven years, tripling the sales team while maintaining performance standards, and expanding into 7 new markets from a standing start.
The last decade of that career was spent building the Latin American market across multiple countries, cultures, and client relationships.
I've built my career across Switzerland, the UK and the United States, working in Spanish, English, French, and German. That experience across cultures and business environments taught me something that doesn't change: the principles of sales performance are universal, but the discipline to apply them consistently is rare.

In my two decades in sales, I've observed a culture that overvalues personality, relationships, and motivation while undervaluing process, standards, and discipline.
That culture leaves significant value on the table.
I founded Boundless Sales because I believe excellence in sales is not a personality trait. It is a discipline: one that can be designed, built, and reinforced like any other operational function in a business.
Long before entering the world of sales, I spent 15 years training as a classical pianist. That experience shaped how I think about performance.
In music, you don't become great through talent alone. You become great through structure, technique, repetition, and deliberate practice, applied consistently over time. The discipline is the performance.
Sales is no different.
The organizations that scale — that build revenue they can trust and repeat — are the ones that treat sales as a discipline, not a personality contest.
That is the work Boundless Sales exists to do.
